"First time at Don Julio’s a few weeks ago with friends. I ordered ground beef tacos with a few margaritas. I personally wasn’t too fond of the tacos. However, the price is reasonable. Margaritas were good. Our server was wonderful! Would definitely go back and request her. My friends ordered burritos and said they were decent."

"We arrived at 7:50 for an 8:00 reservation. We did not get seated till 8:30. Orders our food at 8:42, food was not brought to our table till 10:10. We had a large party but this was still unacceptable because when the food came it was cold! My cheese enchiladas were like a block of cheese. Our server Rashad was trying his best to accommodate us and worked hard to rectify the issue. It took us almost an hour to speak to a manager and receive our bills. Honestly one of the worse restaurant experiences I have ever had!!! Will definitely not be returning to the establishment!"

"I had a great experience for lunch on Saturday. The atmosphere was very inviting and was much more updated than the Fort Worth location. Lily was our server and she was very sweet and efficient to our larger party including kiddos. The managers both stopped by our table to check on us, Andrew and Sandra I believe. The food was delicious! The Jalisco fajitas with steak, shrimp, and chicken was enough to share. It had this butter sauce that made the fajitas stand out even more than anywhere else I’ve ordered them. Great service, delicious food, and definitely 5 stars!"

"My surprise birthday dinner was held here and when I tell you the service was top tier. They went above and beyond to take great care of my entire party. They helped make my day very special, and I am grateful for each one of them. The food was amazing as well!"

"Came here with my mom and her friends on a Tuesday afternoon. The restaurant wasn’t terribly busy and happy hour had just started. We were seated immediately (7 of us) to a table of waters, chips, and salsas. From then things became… off. Our waitress had an attitude from the time we sat down until the time we left. She rushed us through our order, was short with her responses, and wasn’t personable at all. She definitely didn’t show any respect for the elderly women she served. I ordered the lunch chicken fajitas with corn tortillas and the happy hour swirl x2. The drink was amazing! No complaints there. I enjoyed the fajitas as they give you a large portion for lunch but it makes me wonder how much larger than dinner. I initially ordered guacamole but they were out and I had to wait for them to make more (which wasn’t an issue) it was just the attitude we received when we were told. I did eventually get the guacamole. I had enough food for leftovers along with chips and salsa to go. Overall, I won’t return to this location because the service sucks but I will try other locations."
