"Impossible to find something authentic here in Katy when it comes to Shanghainese food, until now. You can see them make the buns by hand and cook it right there. My favorite are the noodles with spicy pork and the buns!!! I am a little ashamed that I have been there three times already in two weeks. Hahaha."
"Newly opened restaurant in the food court of 99 ranch. Really authentic Shanghainese noodles and pan fried buns with friendly staff and a window where you can watch them make the food fresh. The pan fried buns are freshly made so there’s a 10-15 minute wait but it’s definitely worth it! The scallion oil soy sauce noodle is definitely worth a try as well."
