Jack in the Box

"This Jack in the Box is located across from Cowboys AT&T Stadium. We entered the drive thru and ordered Jumbo Jack's, Ultimate Cheeseburger, and Boba Milk Tea. The burgers tasted fine. Although my kids liked the boba milk tea, I still prefer milk tea from places that specialize in boba drinks. I had a hard time ordering from the drive thru. It was hard to understand the employee from outside. Not sure if it was external noise, the microphone/speaker, or the employee. I had to repeat myself several times."

"Fries were not fresh, I was sad because I love the jack in the box close to my house but this day we went to six flags and I took a friend of mine to try it, I did the whole good marketing telling my friend how good this is but got really disappointed with the quality of food and freshness as well in this specific restaurant. Hope they get better."

"Ordered on the jack app for delivery and the driver brought me somebody else's order.. I went and took it to this location where it was ordered from and they refused to fix it.. told me I had to take it up with Uber eats even though I ordered it through the jack in the box app.. I cannot contact Uber eats when it's through the jack app not Uber app"

"First of all I want to say that my food was definitely not hot enough for my lettuce and tomato to be hot!! Not if it's just now turning 10:30 when lunch is starting! Are the condiments not sitting over a refrigerated area to stay cold. What happen to fresh burgers where the condiments were cold and the meat and cheese were hot. Like you can tell when a sandwich was freshly made. Maybe the young generation don't know what I'm talking about. But anyway the last was nice and my fries were hot but my burger was hot like it had been sitting under the hot vent you know you made the wrong sandwich and it just sits there till somebody comes and orders it but it's soggy as hell when you get it. That's what y'all gave me!!! So yes I definitely want a refund. I've been in this area for 2 years and never been here cause this has happen before at another location. But I was listening to the radio and they said it's national cheeseburger day!! So I decided to give y'all a try and I'll be damned y'all still mess me up smfh!!!!!!! How and it just turned lunch ion get it!!!!! But I want a refund and hell no I won't be back!! That's a shame. I guess I'll stick to Wendy's, Fat burger and backyard burger...y'all tripping national cheeseburger day my *ss I will not be going back to any jack in the box except for my refund."
