"Was pretty bad service, order taker was rude. Tried the new boba and was terrible the drink wasn’t even mixed together and couldn’t see the boba. Burger and fries were both dry as if they have been sitting out a while"
"There weren't enough workers to service the lobby and the drive-thru on 10/2/23. The manager nor the person preparing the food greeted me, they both just looked. The cashier finally came and took my order but never set the register for me to pay and she quickly went back to the drive-thru window. After 2 minutes of trying to get one of their attention, I walked off! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND I WILL NOT EVER GO BACK TO THAT LOCATION!"
"I guess classic has jalapeños and chipotle sauce also 2 dollar mini burger should get you more then one strip of bacon. communication skills are lacking plus cook may be slightly retarded. Double check your food here"
"Food is good, but the order process was a bit rough (the drive thru employee kept switching what I wanted, but maybe new staff). When I got the bag, it was greasy and soaking thru the bag. So just a little caution when placing in your car. In the end all was good and food was okay."
"This was one of the nastiest breakfast burrito I've ever had. They have shrunk them. They did not give me any picante's sauce so I had used Taco Bell sauce.No ketchup or napkins after I ask for them."
