"I used to love this place, not anymore. I don't know if they have changed owners or what but the service sucks lately. They've had a young woman and man there, they don't seem to trained very well. When the old man and the big younger man were there it was great. I haven't seen either in a year now and these new guys have no idea of what they are doing. I have a item in pawn right now, the monthly interest on it is $20.00, in the past I would renew it for another month, $20.00, when I couldn't afford to pay in full and get item back. Last month the new guys told me I had to do 2 months at a time raising the amount to $40.00, I paid the $40 and they put it towards the final cost leaving me with the original due date. Total incompetence. I'm buying my item back this week and I hope to never set foot in this store again. It's worse than Cash America, and they are the absolute worst in the industry."

"Yes prices are high,but can not expect them to know everything. They are very nice people and have a wide selection, if you come in knowing your stuff you could probably haggle the price with them and get the item you want."
