"Product quality has steadily gone down hill while your prices continue to rise. I used to crave your fish tempura tacos and that is what I went here for today but found it has been replaced by beer-battered cod. So I got the cod and I'm not surprised they were horrible. The two things I used to enjoy the most are now gone, including the borracho beans. I was a rewards member - key word "was". FYI: your Sanger location has always been a joke."

"Saucy poblano brisket taco was really sweet and had too much sauce which made the flour tortilla soggy, but it also had a fair amount of good flavored brisket. The California heat tempura shrimp taco was really salty but had a fair amount of shrimp in it, and way too much bacon. Not my favorite experience here and reaffirms why I don't eat here but once a year or less. But...the fajita steak nachos are always good. Not disappointed with the nachos."

"First time at this location, there was a bit of confusion with a current promotion for a free item which led to a call to a manager and an extensive wait. It took a while but I received my order and enjoyed my dinner. I don't blame staff as they were only doing the right thing. Perhaps there should be better communication from corporate."

"Although the store was great, the bathrooms clean, the employees helpful & kind, they did mess up me and my brother's order. Once they got it right though the did was quite delicious and I would probably go again. If you go I recommend getting some breakfast tacos!"
