"Breach of contract with unfulfilled order. Do not trust this company, I purchased some goods on boxing day with a promotion code I was sent. My order was cancelled and when I pointed out in there terms and conditions they were in breach of contract as there was no provision for cancellation they lied and said there was. They then updated there terms and conditions that afternoon to include a cancellation clause. Absolutely underhand, operating in a UK market and not adhering to UK law (Sales of Goods Act), also ignoring the European Consumer Sales and Guarantees Directive (1999/44). I will be filing complaints with the BBB and Europa alongside the UKICC. AVOID. John I've seen your response, but that does not mean you are not in breach of contract. If you want to talk drop me an email and hopefully we will come to an amicable solution. A 30% off code is useless as you can't even add the Mesa promotion, making a net cost no different. I've never met a more unprofessional organisation in my life. Still no update from John a week later. Just to show you the nonsense he's talking. An example of this a Ranger 2.0 is £164.99 and comes with a “Free Mesa” which is £84.99, total cost to me £164.99. However you only allow one promotional code at a time, so if I ordered the Ranger and Mesa using my 30% code, the total cost is £174.99. The promo code for the consumer "as a gesture of good will for there mistake" gives you a worse deal, this company is trash. Regards"

"I received my first solo stove as a Christmas gift from my daughter- absolutely love the solo stove highly recommended for those looking for a fire pit that can travel to a variety of places . The case that comes with it make it so easy to carry"

"If I could give them zero stars, I would. I bought one of these for a family member as a gift a WEEK before Black Friday and never received tracking information. So I reached out via phone call (but they take over an hour to answer the phone no matter what time you call, so why even bother). Ended up reaching out via text TWICE. BOTH TIMES, I was told the problem was rectified, only to never receive any tracking information. They have my money, yet I have no product? They won’t offer me a refund (partial or otherwise) nor will they actually send me the product I paid for. 1. Why would you not have available stock on products on your website before your massive Black Friday sale? 2. If you were out of stock and would only get them in after the holidays, why not put that disclaimer on your website? 3. Why offer a text service if they won’t even solve the problem for you. 4. Why put your phone number on your website if you will never answer your phones?"

"We went for the Solo Stove Ranger backyard bundle, after we made the order we were worried that it would be to small! Just so happens its the perfect size for our garden. Very good quality product but it should be for the money. Only used once and seems to do the job. With the cold UK nights this is a welcomed addition to our garden. Also had the added bonus of the free Mesa, which also burns very efficiently and is a great table top option."

"Okay friends, the Solo Stove Bonfire grill is perhaps my BEST BUY over the past year. I cannot possibly convey exactly how amazing this product is. Unbelievably easy to get a fire going with just about any fuel source, and burns for a very long time on just a few pieces of wood.
