"El pollo loco is just not the same. They got rid of their house (mild salsa) and the Pico they have now is riddles with jalapeños. The chicken was good this time but other times it's been burnt and dry. The restaurant was super dirty. Nearly all the tables had food on them and there was no one in the restaurant. Really disappointing because el pollo loco used to be a favorite place to get non fried chicken."

"Extremely disappointed in the taste of this salad!! The chicken was extremely dry and tough!! The salad was wilted. The only reason I did not go back it was because of the 20min drive back. I ordered through drive thru. The gentleman that took my order was extremely nice and the service was very fast!! Check your food before you leave drive thru. 11 dollars wasted salad went in the trash."
