"We recently moved and this is the closest location to us now. Initially, we loved the food here. Hot and prepared well. Soon learned they don't like to cook after 8pm. At least 3 separate times in the last 4 to 6 weeks myself or one of my family has gone between 8pm and 9pm for dinner. Only to be told they do not have much food left and are not cooking anymore. Makes zero sense when they are open until 1030pm or 11. Clearly, from other reviews we are not alone. Not only that, the attitudes of people at the window or inside are absolute shat. They laugh about it. Super rude. Something needs to change."
"We entered the store at 8:40 pm and was told that what food was left was all they had to offer. Although, the door said they close at 11pm. Employees didn't not want to make food to serve their customers. Very poor customer service at this location. Definitely will not be returning."
"The food tasted fine. Despite having brown rice on the menu, they don't actually make it. They were also out of quite a few entrees (at least 3), and it was around 8 PM when we ordered. The toilet in the women's restroom was broken because it would not flush."
"I arrived 7:30pm. Had to wait for Orange Chicken and Cream Cheese Ragoons. I got home and found out that my Beef and Broccoli was all broccoli and only one piece of beef. I tried calling up to the store to talk to a manager, but the number just rang endlessly until the line just disconnected."
