No Frills Grill & Sports Bar - Burleson

"Food is bar food. Had a salad and it was very basic and small. Tried fries, so very greasy. Tried shrimp tacos, not too bad, burger was good. Appetizer plate is smaller than previous order but decent. Just remember fries are NOT GOOD due to grease infusion. Let's talk about drinks. Cold and good and decent priced Service is good, lots of attention and friendly faces. Manager comes around to visit and asks how all is going, that's a nice touch. Vast options on drinks but you have to d/l an app which is a pain but gives you loads of options. I just repeated myself :) It's still a family place with a game room and lots of tvs for sports. You can sit in dining room or bar or outside with patio options. Still a good solid place for bar food and good priced adult drinks."

"My wife and I were there last Saturday and shortly after we ordered, she got a phone call that her dad passed. The staff was so kind and understanding. They brought us our order in to-go containers and told us that it was on the house. That level of service is unheard of in this day and age, and they have won a customer for life. If you have the chance to visit this location, please do. I'd love to see this kindness in business rewarded with customer loyalty! "We go there once or twice a week. We are pretty good tippers. They know what we order at the bar, food isn't expensive and comes out fast. This time, the bar service was good. But my burger came out rare. When I asked them to fix it, Alfonso was confrontational and angry. I've never had a burger come out rare before. When he asked how I ordered it, I said, "Just like I always do. He was impolite and didn't want to fix it. He asked me how I wanted it done (they've never asked this before). I told him done would be best, so he told me the degree ranges...for steaks....rare (which is what I got), medium rare, medium, and well done. I said he shouldn't serve burgers rare as it is unhealthy. He got in my face and told me to choose. I chose well done. When Alfonso served the 2nd burger, he REQUIRED ME TO CUT INTO IT TO SEE IF IT WAS DONE ENOUGH....FOR MY TASTE. I did so, and it looked better. I asked for a box and a check. I'm not going to be insulted by a 26 years old server with no idea what hood customer service is to couple that patrons this establishment weekly. His tip reflected that. So did the comments on the tab. Mgmt needs to reel him in. I won't be back for a while. This one stung. Alf"

"My wife and I went there for a few beers and an appetizer. It was our first time there. We got chicken nachos loaded, and they were good with good bits of chicken. The beer and mugs were cold but not ice cold. They have a big selection on tap, so that was nice. We went during happy hour, and there was a sign that said that draft beer would be $2.75, which is awesome, but they charged $3 per beer on my tab. That's still a great price, and I'm not going to make a stink over .25 cents. I just like it when the signage is accurate or I know up front the happy hour prices! I would definitely go back."

"Husband and I had never eaten here. Tried for the first time on a Saturday night. We found a booth immediately as it wasn't super busy. Food arrived quickly. Hubs had the hickory burger which he said was good. I had popcorn shrimp which was also good. Reasonably priced. We will go again."
