"I will never go back to Wendy’s thanks to the burleson tx john jones location. They never handed me a receipt and when I looked at my account they charged me almost double what me meal cost. I wonder how long they have been doing this to people that don’t even notice. I went back immediately and they gave me my money back. Was this a mistake or intentional? Do not know but I’m not going back to find out."
"Deserves 0 stars, did a mobile food order to go, upon getting home all the food was just thrown in the bag, burgers and chicken sandwiches falling out of the wrapper tomatoes , cheese, and pickles laying in the bag, was also missing my order of large fries as well, terrible service everyone working the shift tonight take no pride in their jobs or providing customer service. Owner and managers need to evaluate current employees, because they are performing poorly. Waste of $50 next time I'll take my business elsewhere, I see now why this Wendy's parking lot is always empty."
"I don't come here often but when I do, I don't usually have any issues. Today I ordered a sausage and swiss breakfast sandwich meal. Drink was good, potato wedges were good, but the sandwich was wrong. I was given a chicken buiscut instead. Even though the sandwich was wrong, it was delicious. Other than the sandwich being wrong, everything tasted great."
"I just got home from this Wendys and the service was not great. First of all I’ll start off with saying I found a bug in my sprite ???? ITS A CLEAR CUP, I know the manager at the window saw something in there but because he has to do his job on a Saturday night he don’t care. Also when I got there at 12:30 they informed they only had chicken because they cleaned the grill already. If I could give zero stars I would. Now I’m having to make sure the rest of my order doesn’t have bugs."
"Wendy's is Wendy's its always good, today I found something that excited me and I'll be the first to say it was complete let down... would have rather ate it with straight ketchup. Fries cold, cheese cold, nothing like what depicted and not worth the upcharge... not this Wendy's fault if this is the normal but it is their fault for letting cold food come out"
