"Wish I could give a ZEROOOO. This is the worst Starbucks ever. The drinks are watered down taste awful every time. The service is horrible, the childish RUDE workers are the worst. Don’t waste ur money time and energy here. At least go to friendswood or Black Rock Cafe. Way better coffee and way better service. The girls that work here are a joke and like to talk about and laugh at customers."

"If I could give zero, I would. This, by far, is the worst Starbucks I have been to. Do you know why people place mobile orders? If you don't is is so they don't have to wait, they can come in or go to the drive thru get their order and go. I placed a mobile order, and almost 20 mins after the app said my order would be ready, it was finally done. But it was not correct. So then I had to wait for it to be remade and still was not correct. The batistas got mad when I said it was not correct. It's a simple Frappuccino with expresso. This is the only store that I have ordered from that does not notify you that your order is ready via the app. (If it is ever ready before the pick-up time) This store needs to close, and corporate needs to come in and do training with them."

"Order an Americano almost every day. I watched the barista use the cold water spicket to fill my hot americano and another hot drink for drive thru. It was made again and it was cold. Third time another barista just steamed the cream. Not a care in the world from either of them. No apology just a dumbfounded stare and annoyance from the 2nd barista. I was a barista for 6 years so I was astounded. This location is notorious for never having my drink order ready by the time I drive my 16 minutes to work. Everytime. Time for some new staff."
