"Food is consistently good. I can hear them taking care to ensure ingredients are available. Stations and tables are kept clean and stocked. Most of all, people smile here. They seemed genuine and dedicated to the experience. Very refreshing. I'll keep coming back. I really enjoy the pork burrito with some chips and queso."
"Came in on Black Friday, and it was chill and the food was great! The guy with the sweet nose ring was extra helpful, and very kind. It was a refreshing experience from most fast food places. Worth the visit!"
"This was my 1st time eating at any Freebirds. The people at this location were very nice and personable. The place was very clean too. I gave 5 stars for everything but food; which I would've given 4.5 instead of 4 if able. The food wasn't bad it was just kinda bland. With all the hype I've heard about them being better that Chipotle; I really couldn't find a difference in flavors. Freebirds does offer more variety of dishes but the ingredients and flavors are the same."
"Ordered through doordash and I got a burrito that had a rock solid, burnt tortilla so I actually had to open it up and put it on a paper plate to just eat everything inside it. And even if I had been able to this person doesn't know how to make burritos cause all ingrediwnt were in there own little sections so each bite would have been one different ingredient?? AWFUL!!!"
"Consistently good! I always get good customer service and the food is great. I hardly ever get asked about my rewards number, so make sure you mention it. Unrelated to the food, but there bathroom was unbelievably clean. Random I know, but I thought it deserved to be mentioned."
