"Today was my first time visiting the 5 Guys chain in Hurst on Pipeline. I had a craving for a really good hot dog. Oh my gosh, I tried the cheese, all beef hot dog and it was amazing. They put whatever condiments I wanted, and I was in 7th heaven munching the fries, the all-beef dog on a toasted bun, and slurping a strawberry shake! The staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service. I can't wait to try the cheeseburgers. Yes, this place is pricey, (about $2 to $5 higher than other food chains), but it's worth it! Keep up the great work Five Guys Team!"
"I would give it 5 stars if it was based on service but I have to give it one star because the food is just not it. Very overpriced. The burger has no flavor… absolutely no flavor and I got an all the way burger. We ate our burgers right away and let me tell you they were already soggy. The fries were good I will give them that. But I just can’t spend $30 on two soggy flavorless burgers, one drink and one thing of fries… honestly wish I had my money back."
"Five Guys burgers just hit different. Something about these foil wrapped burgers can get you addicted. While I do think the prices are a little high. The burgers and fries are worth it. Definitely get the double as the single just isn’t worth it. The one thing I wish Five Guys had was some really good ranch dressing for their fries. Always a burger that never disappoints!"
"The food was great loved it. Wasn’t a long wait. The only bad thing was how sticky the tables were and how the counters were dirty. Other than that I didn’t mind staff was great and friendly."
"The food was great and tasty! Service was fast and courteous. The price of burgers are worth and the fries are very good. Overall not bad, but the sodas are expensive. As far as atmosphere we had to clean our own table and never saw anyone come from behind the counter to clean any tables after customers were gone."
