"Seems this location has already gone downhill. The food wasn't as good as it used to be. The sitting area, drink and condiment section was a mess, tables were not very clean. Looks like they need new management or better employees."

"Shorted us an order of fries, but maybe that was a good thing because the fries they served us were TERRIBLY STALE. Some of the worst fries I've ever gotten anywhere, and *that* was after a lonnnng wait for the order. Furthermore, I finally have to address the ABYSMAL quality of their "Bag of Burgers" pictured here. *This* is how much they put on their burgers here...It's like an insult...and this is *consistently* what they serve here, which tells me the management/ownership has *zero* care about the quality of their product. This location has always been fine, but lately the quality has been getting worse and worse. I've always shrugged it off as an "off night" or something, but it's clear that there is a deeply rooted issue here that is not going away on its own. We will probably stop going to this location for food for awhile."
