"As a ex-employee I know, with a hundred percent certainty, that old and new products in the store warehouse have been around rats. And even some products still have rat feces on them. I informed store manager Jennifer but she took no action nor did she care to. If you look closely anywhere in the store corners you will find rat poop. Be sure to wash your hands if you shop here."

"BUYERS BE AWARE! This store manager Juan Villarreal with salesman Olivia Esparza are doing the gimmicks where they are telling people that delivery of appliances is 99$ BUT if you buy the cables and hoses needed the delivery is FREE. If you get distracted with all the stress of buying new appliances with these new prices, they will still charge you the 99$ delivery fee and later claimed the the installation is free but not the delivery even after it was told to your face. You are better off buying online since the delivery is REALLY free and there is no gimmicks or tricks. I did contact store Manager to give the store a chance to fix the problem in vain. The store manager Villarreal just told me that she did not said that even though he was not there physically plus didn’t do anything to resolve my concern. Juan Villarreal said he had no power or authority to fix this issue. This is the reason why I’m making people aware of this issue."

"I haven’t been to this place in years. I walked in this afternoon to look at some couches and Daniel Torres was there to greet me and get me out of there with some beautiful couches. The customer service was 10/10 the questions I had were all answered and I appreciate his patience and attending us with the best attitude and friendliness. 10/10 will recommend to Harlingen location ask for Daniel."

"We purchased a new mattress for my grandparents (who are 90 and 95 years old) on 10/19/23. Within TWO days of the purchase, there was a dip in the mattress! We've spoken to everyone, including corporate. According to them, since the mattress ONLY has a 1/2" dip, as opposed to 1 and 1/2", they denied the claim! Mind you, this mattress is worth $1700! We are extremely dissatisfied with this sales transaction all the way around, especially because my elderly grandparents are the ones with a defective mattress! To add insult to injury, they had the audacity to offer $200 gift card! If you're willing to be sold detective products, this is the store for you!"
