"I've been going to this location for years and haven't had any issues at all. We ordered 3 drinks on the app a few weeks ago, checked in and waited 20 minutes. I pushed the button to see why we were waiting so long, no one answered. I asked a car hop and she brought the drinks. 5 minutes after I pushed the button she brought the drinks and still no answer from the call button. We ordered tonight and 2 of the burgers were wrong and another was not in the bags. I tried calling for 20 minutes and got the busy signal the whole time. Please get a night manager that knows what they're doing as whoever is in charge clearly doesn't."
"Went today to order mozzarella sticks meal and had to go back because they didn’t pack the cheese sticks. Waited 15 minutes and still no response! I left without my purchased food because no one was there ! Last time I go to this place so unprofessional! Get better workers or close the place already !"
"HORRIBLE PLACE!!!! Sat for 30 minutes waiting for a CARAMEL SUNDAE. That’s IT. Employees playing around inside. Hanging out in the parking lot, yelling, acting like fools. If I was the owner I would fire every one of those employees. We left. We watched people leaving left and right due to the employee’s behavior and not even being able to order or be heard over the employees yelling in the parking lot. Braums got our business and we will never be back to this Sonic again. This was on 2/9/2024 at 6:45 pm."

"They were pretty quick, I think I know why. They forgot a drink, and when I told him about it, they looked at me crazy for a minute, like they didn't believe me, like i'm lying about a mini drink. I could have said I had a 44 Oz! And look at my expensive, overly priced honey barbecue chicken. This isn't honey BBQ, it's, Honey, where's the BBQ?!"
