"Drive thru order was completely wrong. Missing one of my sides and gave me regular instead of spicy. 12 piece family meal is not a difficult order. The line of people waiting to get there order fixed was longer than the line of people ordering."
"Purchased a 5 piece special that was supposed to be 1 breast, 1 wing, 1 thigh, & 2 legs. Instead, I received 2 thighs, 1 leg, & 2 wings. There is a lot less chicken on the pieces I received than on the pieces I was supposed to receive. Also, my wife & I were planning to share this, but she doesn't eat dark meat, so the missing breast was a problem for us. However, I had already gotten to my destination before I discovered the problem, & didn't have time to go back. Will definitely be double-checking any future orders before I leave the restaurant to ensure I get what I ordered."

"It wasn’t busy at the time I was there. I’m not being stingy about my rating. Just encouraging that they continue the good work. The section of the common area I saw appeared clean, service was prompt and the food was served warm enough, actually it was hot, which was definitely sufficient. The popcorn shrimp I ordered wasn’t listed below, but I got that with the beans and rice. Decent."
"Not very kind and ignored us when trying to enter the restaurant. So we went to the drive thu thinking they had closed the lobby. No one came to the window for over 5 minutes. They told us they were making fresh food and we waited an additional 20 minutes. Then they forgot about us and our order after they asked us to pull ahead… maybe new management. They are not organized and their costumer service is not great…"
