"This location is absolutely filthy. Walked in when it wasn't that busy. Had lots of staff standing around. First thing I noticed was the serving counter was covered with scattered food. Tables were ALL dirty. Definitely plan on cleaning your own table and taking an immediate shower when you get home. All trash cans were overflowing. Just took our own trash home. I can only imagine what the bathrooms are like. Food wasn't as great but that's the least of their issues. Very unfortunate as I'm a big Chipotle fan. Judging by previous reviews, management at this location doesn't care at all."

Firstly, my order was prepared incorrectly, and it's disheartening to note that this is not an isolated incident. Accuracy in fulfilling customer orders is fundamental, and the consistent lapses in this regard are concerning. Moreover, despite being a fan of the veggies offered, I have repeatedly faced the disappointment where they were out of veggies and not receiving refills for counter. It seems there is a recurring oversight in ensuring an adequate supply of onions and bell peppers, which are crucial components for many dishes. I believe in providing constructive feedback, and I hope that these issues can be addressed promptly. I value Chipotle as a food establishment, but these consistent lapses have significantly impacted my overall satisfaction. I hope to see improvements in these areas so that future visits can be more enjoyable and reflective of the quality service that customers expect from Chipotle."

"As I’m a vegetarian, ordered veggie burrito bowl. But chicken/meat pieces came into the bowl. I completely thrown it. This is not the first time. I experienced this issue 3 to 4 times from last 3 months. Already given the complaint to them but no action taken care from there side. Also food maintenance also very bad."

"The worst experience ever!! Walking up to the line you can see not many tables available to sit, not because it was full but because they were dirty. Trash bin was full to the top. Once in line food line had scraps. Not enough rice, dried beans, cold chicken, employees seemed upset when we asked for fresh food. Terrible Terrible Terrible. If I could leave a 0 start i would."

"The entire place is absolutely filthy. Every table was dirty, we had to clean one off for ourselves to sit down and eat. Drink station is nasty. Staff came and got a drink from this drink station and left it how it was. Trash and food all over the floors. The food was good. Staff were not friendly and one guy had a nasty hickey on his neck. Owners should stop by on a Sunday afternoon to see how this crew is operating their business. I would understand if they were just busy and the store got messy, but that is not the case. Staff are taking breaks, sitting in the lobby on the phone and nothing has been cleaned up."
