"They usually never mess up or give me hell about what I want done to my truck but when I went for an oil change the guy argued with me about the weight of oil I could put in my truck. My truck requires 5w-20 but with the hot climate in South Texas and being it's over 100k miles I requested 10w-30 but he told me they couldn't do it because the book shows 5w-30..anyways they eventually did what I asked then they had my invoice so messed up they were charging me over$100. Eventually a manager came in and straightened it up for me. Also they took over 2 hours.. usually they only take an hour or less"
"I said. Do the balance on the tires and oil change... I waited +2 hours!!! Pay and leave, then look at the papers and realize they didn't do the oil change! Really? Only 2 things and you forgot 1? What a disappointment The service on the tires was amazing( that's why I'm not giving 1 star) , the workers were nice but come on!!! You only needed to do 2 things!!! Now I have to go back, wait another +2 hour and loose 1/2 day of work THANKS :/"
