"My friend and I were in the area and decided to stop by and grab a drink yesterday (2/20/24). Props to their customers for knowing how to use the merge lanes. The linebuster was nice and took our order quickly without much extra conversation. Unfortunately when we got to the window that's where our service was not very good. We were half greeted by the window person, they offered us a straw and then proceeded to step back from the window out of view. This is not the Dutch experience, especially if a window person is present. When our drink was ready the person at window just held out the drink without saying anything. My drink was fine, but overall just disappointed with the service. I visit a lot of different Dutch Bros and this was by far one of the poorer customer service interactions I've experienced."

"Basically the only thing I don't like is that it's ridiculously busy most of the time, especially on the weekends. Makes sense & I am happy that they are getting the business, but on the weekends you should expect to spend 20+ minutes waiting in line in your car. Update: Sunday night, took me nearly 30 min to get through the line- I got a frost and it had melted by the time it got to me (see picture, this was the condition it came to me, this was taken right after I got the drink.) The woman taking the orders was chitchatting with every car and going in a random order rather than how people had arrived. This has been a problem pointed out by other reviewers as well. 10 cars ahead of me, pulled in at 7:30pm Sunday 10 minutes later, my order gets taken (7:40) - there were three people ahead of me, so it took 10 minutes to take 3 orders. 15 minutes later, I get my two drinks (7:55) Judging by the state of my drink it was probably sitting there on the counter for at least 10 minutes. My previous review had said the drinks were worth the wait, but not if they are going to be melted by the time they come. I guess if you go on the weekend, don't get something frozen? It's a shame because this place has excellent drinks."

"Great place and very friendly. Easy in and easy out. They were extremely hard worling and are a proficient group of baristas pumping out literally hundreds of drinks an hour. The lines are long but they move quickly. Also ask for a military / veteran discount as they offer that at this location! Great job! Enjoy..."
