"We host customer lunches regularly and I know that 1 we have coming up has a fondness for key lime pie. Wanted to try it before getting a whole pie for the luncheon. While the key lime part is great the crust just fell apart all over the place and created a mess. Not sure if this was because the individual slices in the case were old and dried out or if this is the way their crust is supposed to be."
"Been patronizing Rao's for years, here on Cypresswood, Beaumont and Nederland. Coffee is good and when the Sticky Buns are available, it's a great day. Have been in a few times in the past 6 months and was told that they did not make Sticky Buns that day. I have to admit that it made me want them even more. I am pleased to say that the last 2 times we visited recently, the Sticky Buns have been in stock and we took full advantage. The Cherry Turnovers are also just as wonderful."
"Chicken salad croissant with potato soup an Amazing combo! Croissant are warm and made to perfection. A piece of heaven in every bite. On this occasion I also had the carrot cake, slices are huge and more than enough to share. Coffee is always freshly brewed and perfect to pair with your meal or dessert!"
"Picked up a birthday cake for my daughter. Wound up ordering chicken salad panini and broccoli cheese soup to go. While waiting, I noticed some cookies in the back, and bought some of those too! Sandwich and soup was delicious! Waiting to try the cookies and cake..."
