Red Lobster

"Went to this location earlier today there were so many problems from the beginning. First the restaurant was empty with possibly 3 other customers in the whole building yet it took 10 minutes to get sat . There was no host present one of the waiters saw me and others waiting & took it upon himself to seat us even though he was clearly busy which was greatly appreciated . My waitress was great but the food not so much. I had snow crab & potatoes my potatoes were burnt and the snow crab was ice cold in a few places. I had a spike lemonade which had absolutely no alcohol in it. Upon leaving the restaurant I begin to feel nauseous and threw up & later developed food poisoning. I’m not sure if it was The crab being undercooked or being old but I couldn’t work for the rest of the day due to being sick , stuck in the bathroom . I will never go back to this location, it was Pretty empty & I see why . The servers were great but everything else was terrible . This was my first time eating red lobster & years , after this experience I probably will never eat red lobster again"

"Waiter was new but he was super attentive and so friendly! Very helpful! When the food came out the 2 lobster that came out was very small maybe 3-4 oz out of 2 loster tails total for the price $37.99 Red Lobster has always been a place everyone wants to go to! I celebrated my birthday there for years! But with more choices and larger portions at other restaurants,I feel like Red Lobster needs to up their game!"

"Nice lunch. Restored my faith in Red Lobster. Bad experience the last 3 visits to different locations in the South Houston area, both Burleson Red Lobster was a nice experience. Shrimp were good & the garlic cheddar biscuits rocked. It also helped that I had great service from Reagan, she was on top of it!"

"I ordered a cup of clam chowder soup tonight at the Burleson branch #6295. It came with 2 buttered biscuits and 2 saltine crackers. it was a good deal for $5.49. However i did not realize that the cup of soup i ordered was only 1/4 filled. It was like a good sampler that only took me one gulp to finish."

"Its not many times i come across Great service and food all in one but this was one of those times at Red lobster!! Evan was our waiter and he definitely respects Red Lobster in the best way! My wife and I had a combination of lobster,shrimp,and salmon and it was delicious, i would recommend the Limited time flavor crispy dragon shrimp also! I couldn’t wait to write this review so before i even leave my seat I’m posting this..also the drinks are amazing, the Titos twisted strawberry lemonade and the casamigos watermelon mint’rita was not for the weak!"
