"I went into SUBWAY® on Tuesday night and got my wife a sandwich and got me some cookies. When I got home, I took a bite out of my first cookie and had 2 hairs wrap around my teeth and over my tongue. Took me a second to figure out and I spit back out and then had to unwrap the hair from my teeth. Most disgusting thing I’ve ever dealt with. I then spent two days trying to call the store and speak to a manager to no avail. I decided today to go back up there and try to see if the store manager was available and it ended up being some 18 year old kid. I explain to him the situation and he just looked at me and was very unapologetic when he said sorry I will not visit that store again"
"Absolutely amazing lunch service. Ladies are always friendly and the manager, Sym, is always asking me to try the new things on the menu. I have been looking forward to the soups for the chilly days. With a stack of dine in trays I frequently see, I know this location must have great service. Couldn't ask for a better quiet spot on my lunch break."
"Update 1/31/17 :: Decided to give then a second try and they had me hold for 45 minutes, then cancelled my order after it had already been started. This store NEVER fails to disappoint me! --- Ordered with Uber eats. I got 3 dozen cookies and 2 drinks, but they only gave me a dozen and 2 drinks. I called thinking it was an accident, but apparently their prices aren't correct and so I don't get what I ordered despite that being their fault. The woman I spoke with also said I could just order more, and while that's fine, I'd be paying extra for what I already ordered, and not even including delivery?! That's not very fair :(( I'll be ordering from a different subway from now on.."
