"If you are reading the reviews, then you must be looking for a repair shop that maybe you can trust. That's what I did. I read the reviews and hoped they were honest reviews. We bought a car for our granddaughter, here in the DFW area. Being that she doesn't live near us, we wanted to be sure that we did everything possible to ensure we purchased a safe and reliable car for her. The vehicle we purchased is 7 years old and has 85,000 miles on it. It's getting up there towards the age where things begin to go bad on the car. We wanted to be proactive, so we had as many services completed on the car to make it last a good long time. I read the reviews on Google about Hudson Oaks Brakes Plus. I made an appointment and brought the vehicle in. The first thing you will find we Brakes Plus is how nice the front desk people are. Mason & Ralph are both so very helpful. They listen and understand what you are needing done to your vehicle. There was absolutely no pressure to sell another service. I wanted an oil & filter change, alignment and coolant flush. I told them that this car was for my granddaughter and could they please check the brakes when they got a chance. Later on in the day Ralph called me and told me the car was getting low on brake lining on the rear. He quoted me a price and got to work. The car was completed on time and the cost was very fair. Once I got home I realized that the a/c needed servicing and read that the brake fluid should be flushed. I'm taking the car back to Brakes Plus in a few days for these services. If you look on their website, there are some great coupons for service you can take advantage of as well. I wrote a long story to get across to people reading this review of my treatment from Brakes Plus. I hate short reviews that are one sentence. Brakes Plus is my new "go to" shop for my vehicle services."

"I was able to walk in with an appointment to have my vehicle serviced which included an oil change and brakes being replaced. The staff was very helpful on letting me know exactly what all was going on with my vehicle and recommended me with the required service all while keeping down the cost. The started working on my vehicle immediately once I agreed to the service. I will most definitely come back for future vehicle repairs."
