"The service was great, but that's the only good thing I can say. Shipleys used to be my favorite, but they started tasting awful, and the quality is just not there. I decided to try them again and was still disappointed. It's not just one Shipleys store. it's all the Shipley stores. They barely use glaze, its like they brush on a thin coat. It tastes nothing like the original Shipley"s. Very disappointed."

"BUYER BEWARE!!! I have been going to this location since the grand opening. A roach was found glazed into a donuts that were brought at the FM 2920 location. The young girl at the window was rude and got my order wrong. Shipley's was my favorite donut shop; I will NEVER go back !! I called and the spoke to Dalia (the manager), I was told the district manager would give me a call. No one even attempted to call me and/or even requested to see the pictures; therefore, this must be a common occurrence, and they are infested with roaches. To add injury to insult, I was sent two free donut coupons in the mail!! I have lived all over the world, and I have NEVER experienced anything like this in my life!"
