"The whole team of the young four females seemed “all over the place” . They were not approachable based on their facial expressions displayed. My order was incorrect, it was not blended correctly. While in line to get it corrected, the person in front of me was complaining of how she asked for no whip cream and received an abundant amount. The person behind me was complaining of how their drink wasn’t sweet enough. There was no guidance. No one seemed to know anything. Then when my corrected drink was ready the young lady slapped my drink on the counter and said “her ya go”. I repeated after her and she turned her back toward me. No empathy or apology for getting my drink incorrect or the wait for the second time, i won’t be going back and I’m telling everybody as advisement."
"I absolutely love this location! Laura and the staff have been so sweet and they always make my day going through the Starbucks line when I’m there right at 5:00 am! They are always asking how I’m doing and know me by name. Love their customer service ❤️"

"My family came in on Saturday night (12.15.2018) and even though it was VERY busy, Kelly and Jatavia were on point! They were both very friendly and making sure every customer was acknowledged and serviced as quickly was possible. We will make sure to let everyone know about our fantastic experience!"
