Dutch Bros Coffee

"Absolutely love Dutch Bros, most especially for their blended Nutty Irishman. Unfortunately, despite it being a couple of months since I've last went to a Dutch Bros, my coffee tasted like it wasn't made correctly. Simply, it tasted a bit burnt, and it wasn't as sweet as I expected it to usually be. Even though it was blended, I tried to use my straw to mix it in case that was the problem, but it still tasted the same. Luckily, I was going back home anyway, so I added some creamer to help. Hopefully, the next time I come through, it will taste just right. Especially since it was my first time coming to this location. Besides that, the wait was not bad at all, considering it was around lunchtime when I ordered my drink. And the bro-istas were alright, just doing their job. A good 4/5 stars!"

The staff here is consistently outstanding, always greeting me with a smile and going above and beyond to ensure I have a fantastic experience. I highly recommend trying the Dream Weaver drink; it's a personal favorite of mine! Whether I'm in need of a caffeine boost or just want to brighten my day, Dutch Bros never disappoints. "I like their coffee, but the wait time is ludicrous! I visited this location on Saturday I waited 20 minutes in line, and STILL didn’t receive a beverage. They have someone come to your car, take your order and payment- you assume this will expedite the process but it doesn’t!! I couldn’t wait any longer, due to an appointment. I asked the young lady that took my order outside for a refund- she told me she had to go back inside for a different machine, I left because I was unsure on how long that process would take. In my opinion spending 20 minutes in line with nothing to show for it, is insane!!! I’ve seen airport locations move faster than this."

"Coffee was okay. A little too sweet. But drive through line is very disorganized and needs a better system. There are two lines merged into one at the end. However the girl that took orders didn’t know which cars got there first since she i only followed the “zigzag pattern”. She got flagged down by 2 cars saying that they got there first but she didn’t care. So we ended up having to wait much longer than we’re supposed to and got served way after the cars that technically were “behind us”. I would not be coming back because that would ruin my day again having to wait watching people that were behind me got the service before me on a busy morning."

"The service was absolutely phenomenal we loved the energy!!! Now for the drinks we loved German chocolate, nutty Irish and palm beach such soda. We definitely did not like the mojito soda as it tasted like toothpaste . We had it in California previously and it was great. Price is also very reasonable. Keep it up you will get to those 5 stars"
