"Impressive! I was thrown back as I walked through the door for the first time. The atmosphere is unlike any coffee or tea establishment I’ve visited so far in the area. Very clean and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. The staff is prompt and very knowledgeable. This is at the top of my list. A great place to study, read, hang with an equally great beverage. "I've been a loyal customer at Yi-cha for years, but my recent visit left me incredibly disappointed. I ordered a drink that ended up being 90% ice, which for $7 feels like a rip-off. The new staff seemed unfriendly and incapable of making the drink correctly. It's a shame to see the decline in quality and service. Overall, a very unpleasant situation that has made me reconsider returning."
"Came for desert since Bearded Papa next door decided to close early. Staff are younger. They they are soft-spoken and sweet. We had only an egg waffle, and it was plain, and honestly, the taste was ok. If you get the whole shebang like the ice cream and chocolate syrup or the sweet cheese foam, it might taste better. Nice place different with different varieties of drinks. I will give an update next time when I order drinks."
"Hands down, the BEST tea place I have ever had. I always get the jasmine milk tea, classic milk tea, or the brown sugar milk tea and they are ALL SO FREAKING GOOD. I don’t get boba in my drinks but it honestly doesn’t even need it because they’re so good. I’ve yet to try the Thai milk tea but I don’t doubt that it’ll be amazing. The space is nice and chill. The staff are friendly. The drinks are AMAZING. Tastes legit and not powdery like some other tea places. I’ll keep coming back to this place as my go-to for tea!!!"
"We enjoy going to this milk tea house because they have authentic tea. Taro, matcha tea is really their creme brulee is made from scratch w/c gives more to the authentic and fresh taste of their milk tea. Service is one of the best as the crew are polite and very accommodating. Venue is a place where you can relax and have quite a time to review or just have some time for yourself. All in all, I must try milk tea comparable to the more popular milk tea shops!"
