"I come here sometimes and majority of the time the donuts are fresh depending on the time a day but I don’t like being pressured to tip. This is something new that they are doing and I understand but don’t tell me “press the button” when literally the only button is asking me to choose the percentage of the tip. I didn’t like that, especially while I was IN THE DRIVE THRU! I’m going to start paying in cash if this happens again or find a new donut place. Getting ridiculous"

"Blaring Tejano music inside the restaurant at 8:00am (coming from a radio in the back). I asked them, "Would you please turn the music down?" as I sat down to eat breakfast. No luck. Guess their music is more important than their patrons. Won't be back to this location."

"I've had Shirley's donuts all over Houston, for over 20yrs. This one is by far the worst I've had.. The Kolaches are always over cooked! Their suppose to be soft... Gave them a 2nd chance, and it was the exact same thing.. So I won't try again"
