"The employees working there on November 5th 2023 at 3pm we’re terrible, bad attitude and both stared me down while I was standing waiting for my order to be taken, and on top of that the sink was full of dirty water and they pulled out the dishes and used them for my drink, it was gross. Also their hair was really long and I’m not sure if it touched my drink, I felt bad so didn’t ask for a refund but just threw away my drinks. IT TOOK 20 MINUTES FOR 2 DRINKS, HOW?!? This was the only Starbucks I’ve had such a bad experience at. Definitely a staff issue."
