"I always come here for donuts for my students. This morning I ordered "2 and a half dozen donuts." I was asked if I wanted them in "two bags." I said one bag was fine. I paid and another work was sent over to clarify and I repeated "2 and a half dozen donuts and they can be in one bag." When I was handed one dozen, I asked about the other dozen and a half. It was then that the worker stated, "I asked you and you said one dozen." To which I repeated, "I said 2 and a half dozen." She stated, "One dozen is 12." I stated, "Yes. I ordered 2 and a half dozen. So, 30 total." After paying again, the worker was clearly frustrated, which was not my intention at all. Unfortunately, she turned and spoke to the gentleman in the red shirt who turned and stared out the window at me. I smiled and he just turned away. I have NEVER received anything less than awesome service here, and I usually always tip, but today, I was made to feel like I was "that customer" and being difficult. I have never run into this issue before and always order the same amount because one class size is over 24 usually. It was disheartening that the confusion took place, and I will make sure to say " 2 dozen donuts and 1 half dozen" in the future to ensure there's no issue, but I understand misunderstandings can happen."

"I want to thank this donut shop for saving us apple fritters! We called 3 donut shops at 8:30 am none had our favorite apple fritters and would not fry any for us. We were celebrating our 50th Anniversary at UTMB Angleton- Danbury Hospital. My husband has terminal stage 4 metastisized prostate cancer. I am so grateful to have kind people to fix a box for the nurses and techs on the 2nd floor. I appreciated you making another box the next day for the nurses and staff. Thank you so much- I felt the kindness you passed on."
