"Food was good but our server Jenny smelt like alcohol,had slurred speech and our service was horrible She also kissed a man when she went to refill our drinks overall a very unprofessional experience Couldn’t even get a to go box as she was to busy locking lips with a man to do her job I’d give 0 stars for service if it was an option. Get it together Buffalo Wild Wings hire better employees! Will be sure to spread the experience I had."

"Sucks to be pregnant and craving wings just to receive them like this; my first try at this location. I tried to contact the store after four tries the manager didn’t even seem apologetic to the condition of their wings. There’s no way that this is their daily way of making wings as seemingly stated. They are so hard and dried out. I will stick to cypress location. I have never had this problem. My money is now wasted; but figured I’d make a review in case this location needs a “made fresh request”. Hopefully it gets bette."

"Good food, but kitchen a little slow. The staff is always nice. Fries seemed cut thinner but the shrinkage issue is everywhere these days. They have a great rewards program in place and I like the fact that they stay open late when most places are closed."

"This place is good. It's known for their chicken wings and watching sports. It's a chain restaurant so expect the corporate mentality. My only negative at Buffalo Wild Wings is that they are over priced a lot of times on their food. The food is delicious but you're gonna pay a lot for it. They do have happy hour and daily specials but I you have to know what those are happening so you can come during those times. My favorite sauce is the Caribbean Jerk. I don't know why, but I love that flavor."

"Overall, our experience at the restaurant was mixed. While the bartender provided exceptional service, the quality of the food did not meet our expectations. The wings were disappointingly dry and overcooked, failing to deliver the juicy and succulent taste we were hoping for. On a positive note, the beers that we ordered were satisfying and served at the perfect temperature. Despite the food falling short, the friendly and polite demeanor of the bartender made the experience more pleasant."
