"This was my first time to the restaurant and I used drive thru service. I have never waited one hour and 13 minutes in any drive thru in my life. It was a Friday and I wanted to try the fish/shrimp. It was dinner time and somewhat busy. However, the car in front of me began to order, then cancelled, then argued with the people in the vehicle and I don't know if they even placed an order and just pulled up. It appeared when she got to the window to pay she must have ordered additional items. The wait was even longer. By the time I paid and received my food, the drinks were watered down and the food was cold. The rolls were great. The employee at the speaker did apologize for the wait. There was a "we're hiring" flashing at the sign next to the speaker box. Definitely need a better system for the drive thru. Ask your neighbors across the street."

"The food is pretty good. However, the reason I’m giving a bad score is that every single time I ordered online there is no tartar sauce, or any kind of sauce or salad dressing it is never in the bag, I mean never.!!!! Also catfish are really tiny fillets and expensive for what you get."

"Yoooooo!!! I’ve been going to Golden Chick for YEARS! This BY FAR is the BEST Golden Chick I have EVER had!!!!! Melissa, the manager, she is super sweet and you can tell that she really cares about the quality of the food. I ordered a 3 piece spicy combo with gravy, fries and dirty rice. ALL of the food was 100% FRESH, tender, served WARM, and the bread was nice and soft. I am AMAZED by the quality of this food and it was just 1 hour before they closed!!! I literally had to go back and get more dirty rice because I was too full to get another meal, but I just had to get SOMETHING and let them know how blown away I was at the quality of food. A BIG KUDOS to Melissa, her team, and the promise that she keeps to ensure the customers are satisfied and are delivered quality service and FRESH food no matter what time it is."

"This Golden Chick is by far the worst ever... everytime I decided to give it another chance, they always find a way to remind me, about how bad they are. I have gone to othe GC restaurants and never had any issues. Today I decided to come here to eat lunch with my daughter. We ordered our food, and after we get our food, I asked for napkins and forks. That's when they tell me that they have no forks,knives spoons, and napkins. How am I suppose to eat my food with out the basic utensils. I mention to the girl behind the counter that it would have been nice of her to tell me before I order that they were out of all utensils, and she decides to point at a sign with an attitude, that is five feet away from the counter by the soda machine. "We have a sign over there", and walks away like it's my fault and should have brought my own utensils from my house. They really need training and get their professionalism together."
