"Food was as expected from Starbucks I came here to work for a few hours. The music was incredibly loud and distracting. They took several minutes just to take my order. Overall not impressed. Hard to get any work done with the music so loud"
"I love this location! Staff is always super bubbly, especially Justice, Felix, Mimi and Tara. They take such good care of me and know my order. Drinks are always the bomb! Some of ya'lls reviews are crazy, treat people with respect and courtesy and you'll get it back in return."
"They are more worried about drive thru timer than customer service. They get mad at you for asking for a water up front or if you’re app is still loading because “they’re on a timer” I also ordered a brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso. It is the only drink I get. When they handed it to me, it was clearly not shaken at all (the milk and everything was obviously sitting at the top). So I asked them to reshake it, and they proceeded to argue with me saying that it was already shaken up. I will not be coming to this location again. The poor drive thru service has happened on multiple occasions because of some stupid timer. Do not rush people when they’re trying to pay."
"My experience at this Starbucks on Kirkendall in Spring Texas, with a young lady, by the name of Tara was excellent. I will continue to come to this place great customer service. Thank you once again for making this a sweet experience!!!"
"We accidentally placed our mobile ordered at wrong location. The baristas overheard our conversation about getting a refund, and they made sure to take care of it. They remade our order and didn't charge us knowing we had already paid. Thank you, Pam, for taking care of us! It was a better start a very stressful couple of days."
