"The barista that attended me was completely rude from the moment that I started my order. He filled my cup with ice and barely had any juice in it. I asked for him to remake it and he got offended and started talking smack about me with his coworkers and manager, absolutely unprofessional. If you can't work in customer service then quit and go work somewhere else where you can act like a child"
"AUG 2023 Update: A year later and we still love coming here. The whole team is kind, considerate, and it's such a great vibe to sit in here to work remotely. ♡ 2022 We LOVE this starbucks! My husband, brother in law, and I all work remotely here every week for a few hours at a time. The staff is so kind, always greeting us and making us feel welcome. The food and drinks are always great. The location is always clean, as are the bathrooms which is a MUST for me when going to any food or shopping place. I love the seating options either indoor or out and that there are plenty of chargers to use for our laptops and phones."
"Very small Starbucks in the ace hardware parking lot near Trader Joe’s. Parking over all is pretty bad. However, the drive-through line moves quickly and I think the baristas are very friendly. If you are looking to study, just know, there are only seven small tables inside the shop but there’s plenty of patio seating. On a nice day there are at least 10 or more tables outside on the patio. Also, it’s just off the Greenbelt on Kuykendahl so it’s possible you could walk here from some parts of the Woodlands pretty easily. But during morning rush-hour, it is a madhouse over here. And you are probably going to have to wait either way."
"There are a few employees who are great and know what they are doing, lately I been seeing them trying to work extra fast and to me they are forgetting important details, I had to get my drink remade a few times, and I put extra topping and I got t like less then a regular topping. I come to Starbucks at the least 1 times a day and spend no less than 7.75 on my drink. So in a daily regular, I think I start going to the old one. Thanks to the employees that try Update this is now my Starbucks!! About 98% of the time they already know who I am and what I want, thanks for y'all improvements yall are great staff"
