Dunkin’ Donuts

"Placed an online order for a medium coffee with cream, 3 shots of blueberry and 5 sugars, along with a breakfast sandwich. Before pulling off I asked was the blueberry shots in the coffee. I was told “yes the coffee is made with everything you order”. I pull off and 5 minutes later I taste my coffee to find out it’s lukewarm, there’s no blueberry and no sugar! Lukewarm coffee isn’t the end of the world for me but to miss the blueberry flavor shot and the sugar is just disappointing."

"I usually go to a different Dunkin when driving to work. (Magnolia one) But sometimes my fiance and I like going to the one closer to home when we are off. They usually get the coffee's correct. With the occasional coffee tasting old. But we still enjoy it. However, sometimes I have a sweet tooth and want a frozen chocolate. The other Dunkin does it perfectly. Yet, this place always gets it wrong. I've ordered it multiple times with the thought that it might just be an off day for them but come on now its everytime. Even if I add mocha. It still taste bitter with no chocolate and like it has some sort of caffeine in it? And it's almost a 6$ drink! Was super happy about this location opening. But not so much anymore. Will continue going to the one further down and the magnolia one."

"This location is garbage. The donuts were def old, the online order was wrong even tho it was 2 donuts, 1 muffin and an overpriced breakfast sandwich. They were thrown into the bag face down so all the icing just went into the bottom of the bag. Clearly the employees either weren't trained or they just don't care abt doing anything resembling a good job. If you enjoy old food, trash service and overpriced, then you'll love this location."

"These people NEVER get an order correct. I literally place the order online so they can read exactly what I am asking for and they still manage to get it incorrect every time. Just this ONE particular time, I ordered a BACON, egg, and cheese sandwich and they graciously gave me a sandwich that had just egg and cheese. I also ordered 5 blueberry and powdered donuts and they gave me 1 powdered and the rest chocolate. Thankfully the person eating them didn’t have an allergy! Again, the order was online and they could READ what I asked for… so simple and they still got it incorrect. I don’t normally care about this stuff, but this happen there all the time. They do not care and their AM manager, the woman (will edit if I ever get her name) is very rude."

"Newly opened Dunkin Donuts! So excited to have one nearby. The donuts were great and the service good. I personally enjoy the chocolat glazed cake donuts."
