"Always had a great experience up until now never had any issues with food from this location up until now well I have but I felt it wasn’t a big deal but it seems these problems are continuing . I Ordered a spicy big fish combo with Pepsi and fries and 2 corns paid for everything and left took a bite of the corn and it tasted like mop water like it was there all day in the same water from open to close , then I noticed I never received my drink, I went back to get my drink and let them know the 2 sides I paid for was not right instead of offering different sides and taking mine back they said that was the last of the corn we had for the day a truck comes tomorrow, no offering from any managers to fix or de escalate the situation also they didn’t have lettuce for the big fish sandwich so I had to order a coleslaw that I also had to pay for…I’m just trying to figure out it’s not hard to fix a issue they act like it’s coming directly from their pockets but instead they will keep getting these negative reviews for not fixing their issues…coleslaw should have been free by the way when it was requested as a manager I would have done that. Well for now my business will go elsewhere. Was my go to location and it’s just going down the drain with training and management."
