Chipotle Mexican Grill

"I’ve never had a bad experience at chipotle until now. I came in at 9pm and they close at 11pm, they’re in the process of closing as we speak and were extremely greedy with their portions. I repeatedly had to ask for a normal portions. The guy making my order kept literally sprinkling my cheese on instead of just grabbing a handful which should be normal for a $15 bowl of food. I’m not sure if he had a personal connection to the chipotle family and was paid for keeping as much food as possible in stock or something but it felt super aggravating. I’d understand being frugal at 10:50pm but I’d rather not try to be as considerate as possible with time and be treated like an inconvenience."

"I literally told him the first thing was chicken!!! And he said, "What kind of rice!? And I thought he put the chicken in after.. no.. he kept going, but at the end, he said a veggie bowl, right? No meat ? I laughed and said no I had chicken?" At this point, I understand we are human, and it was my fault I didn't see him not put the chicken in. But he continued to say no meat right? . and he rang me up for chicken anyway??!! I literally said, "Can I get a chicken bowl?" to him the first thing. He looked so lost.. he was an older white gentleman... I always go to the one on 35.. and I came here because I didn't have time to meal prep.. and I stopped before work... he should have admitted to not putting it in because he didn't hear me? ... but instead charged me for meat and gave me no meat??? .. is this job so hard. I work in customer service, and I will admit my flaws and fix it? He was the one who made my food. Allssooo I was the only one in line, too!!!.. never coming back here to this location.. The older guy that checked me out was so carless.. no customer service.. he should have just told me I apologize and re made the bowl. Bit instead still charged me for chicken when I got no meat at all ... this is ridiculous. I don't recommend this location to anyone."

"We enjoyed this location! It's closer to home and the food was just as great! The only downside is most of the seats are the stools and small children balancing on them when there aren't booths available is a tough thing for the parent to focus on eating."

"Ordered on the mobile app - still can’t get ahold of their customer support or a manager. Half of our bowl was missing and was not even enough to fill two tortillas. On another bowl, we asked for chicken and steak and there was only chicken, with only a few pieces inside. They also skipped out in the chips that we ordered. Paid a lot of extra money for those extra items and did not receive them which is frustrating."

"Stopped by this location 07/05/2023 The food was really fresh and I got a bowl with adoba chicken w/ white cilantro rice. The young lady that helped me was very courteous and friendly. She made great suggestions for me to add to my bowl. Cheyenne you're a gem and West the cashier was helpful in making sure things were to my satisfaction. It's employees like them that make Chipotle an experience not just a place to grab a quick meal and go but genuinely appreciated as a guest."
