"Ordered on the app. Came 2 min after the order was supposed to be ready for pick-up. Just to see the workers goofing off and laughing. I ask for my order. Oh we are making it now!... 10min later. We don't have part of your order could you please wait another 7-10 min?. No I cant... I didn't order on the app so that I can come in to enjoy the show. Please retrain your staff. Highly disappointed. Wish my time mattered to the employees but they were just too busy standing around laughing."

"The person waiting on my husband was great. The lady that acted like she was in charge was not. I guess this kind lady put 2 extra shrimp in my order. The lady called her out on it and made her go back to my order after she moved on to my husband’s and made her remove 2 shrimp. The lady that thinks she’s in charge needs to be demoted and retrained in customer service. There is a way to train people and it’s not in front of customers for something so stupid. This is strike 2 against this location for us, we may just start going to their other Burleson location where we have NEVER had an issue."

"This is definitely a Panda Express. I am just wondering where the flavor of the fried rice went. Even regular ol steamed white rice has more flavor. Are they putting some kind of anti-flavoring oil or something when they cook the fried rice. My Asian wife and I are baffled. Everything else is great, though!"

"This is the third time I came in to order a bigger plate and my order is messed up. I ordered a bigger plate with kungpao chicken brocoli beef n beijing beef. Only received beef n brocoli and kungpao chicken. I did not want to eat that much beef and brocoli. I called and complained so they can be aware and maybe try better next time but the person I spoke with blamed it on their system messing up taking orders. Nope it shows on the receipt that the order of beijing beef was there so Its definitely not the system messing up."
