"Honestly the worst in everything. In the grand scheme of things, not that big a deal but when I spend money and leave a tip BEFORE HAND I’d like things to be decent. The service was horrible! I ordered on the app and waited 15 minutes past the pickup time. The guy brought it out and said Here. So I read the receipt, looked inside and let him know I was missing an item and all the condiments. So he went back in and I waited 6 minutes until I pushed the button and asked for it. He said, Sorry they wouldn’t answer my question. Idk what that meant. But the food is burnt and not great. Anyway…as convenient as this location is, I don’t plan on stopping there too much more."
"The food is pretty standard at most sonics, but the service was poor at best, when you’re the only one there and you push the button and it takes him three minutes to answer, it kind of makes you wonder. The atmosphere has not changed in so long they really could do something to jazz the place up. That is sonic as a whole."
