"Very disappointed on how run down this wing stop has gotten. I had the worst experience I’ve ever had tonight. I made an online order, went 25 mins after my order to pick it up. I got there and they quoted me 15 more minutes. We ended up sitting in that restaurant for over an hour on top of what I was quoted. Staff was extremely rude to us even though we were extremely patient. We couldn’t get a simple apology for the wait and they basically threw the food at us. I understand being busy, but I don’t understand the lack of customer service. On top of this terrible customer service, our food was wrong and just absolutely terrible. Overdone and soggy!! Quality is bottom of the barrel."
"i went to the wingstop in burleson lastnight to get a 8pc boneless lemon pepper combo. This is how i received my food when i opened to eat last night. My food was suppose to be well done and this is half done to me … the fries were like the bottom bag of the fries this is insane to me. I would have went back an got a refund but i don’t even live on that side of town but i definetly won’t be coming back."

"The food is great! The staff is great! I love the new chiken sandwich, is really good. The variety of different sauces and rubs are All great. My favorite is the bayou bbq. It's one of the specialty ones that comes and goes, but it is amazing. And by far they have the best ranch in the game."
