"It was Christmas Day and I ordered through the app at 1:07. The order was for curbside pickup. At 130 I called to say that I was there, and I was told that it would be 10 minutes. At 1:50 I still had not gotten my order. I went inside, which is what I should have done to begin with, and I was told that they were working on it. At 2:00 I asked to cancel the order and get a refund. The manager was working on the grill, because 2 people quit and walked out. The manager stated that he could not do it, until the end of his shift. I said that I was not leaving until I received a refund, or my order. 5 minutes later, I had my order. Why couldn't he make it when I ordered it. It was 2:25 by the time I left with my order."
"The server was friendly and courteous. The food took 15 minutes to get to us. We ordered breakfast and it was about 10:30a.m. on a Monday. Everyone else already had their food, so I'm not sure what the problem was. My friend ordered the brioche French toast. When it was served, it was regular bread. That's when the waitress informed her they were out of brioche. My bacon was burned and sausage tasted like it had been soaked in dish water. So, needless to say, we won't be back ."
"Denny's? More like Disappointment's. They'll let your food sit, giving flies first dibs. Crickets kept me company while I waited. My server came over and threw my food on the table, then gave me an attitude when I sent it back. Not one for eating food off the table. When I was ready to pay, no one was there. 4 people working the shift, but not working. After 15 minutes, I had to go into the kitchen to get someone to pay the check. Thinking I might apply here. Get paid to not work...? Nice!"
