"The atmosphere is great, the drinks are decent (depending on who makes them and how much you tip), but the service here SUCKS!!! Although the ladies behind the counter are friendly, they can NEVER get my order correct!! It’s quite frustrating, especially when I didn’t order boba in my drink and instead of remaking my drink they try to scoop out the boba after it’s already been sealed… RIDICULOUS. Honestly, I would save your money and go somewhere else!"
"The staff were friendly and eager to help, but the drinks were lacking. The Vietnamese coffee was more ice than drink. The Thai tea, which is compared to many others, was bitter and looked watered down, not the usual creamy. The second attempt was sweeter, but still not creamy."

"Stopped in on a weekday evening for a Vietnamese Coffee. Flavor was robust and sweet, but not overpowering, and the temperature was perfectly chilled with crushed ice mixed in a blender. Atmosphere was a slight mismatch to what I was expecting with heavy metal music playing with explicit lyrics. One recommendation would be for a more chill vibe and atmosphere. Can be hard to relax to the drill of double pedal bass drum and screaming lyrics. Otherwise the service, experience, and Cà Phê Sữa Đá were great."
