"We brought our two dogs, so we sat out on the porch. They are very dog friendly. The waitress even brought two bowls of water for the dogs. We went for lunch and ordered the chicken fried steak meal and the Monte Cristo sandwich. Both were very good. If you like good comfort food, this is a good place to go. I particularly like the homemade potato chips."
"This was our 1st time coming here. The fried Turkey bacon was crispy and very well prepared. The decor gives the homemade feel. We could tell the food was made with pride and care. Not many places have liver and onions, so we would come back just for the amazing flavors ."

"this place was so warm and homey. my son and i had a lunch date there and our server, who’s name i sadly didn’t catch, was amazing and attentive. the food tasted great and fresh. the homemade chips were perfect. the chicken tenders were light and flavorful. the burger was AMAZING. the portions were definitely worth every penny. we left full, satisfied and will DEFINITELY be coming back."
"My opinion is not the popular one since there are lots of high ratings. I’ll first comment on the service itself. Our server was friendly and attentive. No issues there. However, the food itself left much to be desired, which was disappointing after reading all of the great reviews. It looked really good, but the omelet had very little flavor, the French toast was decent but very average, the pancakes were pretty bland and the potatoes had almost no flavor. I’m not picky, but everything tasted bland. My son said the onion rings were excellent though. Our meal was $60 without the tip. I had higher hopes based on the ratings, but we won’t be going back due to the underwhelming experience with the food."
