Subway

"The last 4 times (spanning several months) I’ve been to this location, The drink machine has not worked / been out of order, and/or has no ice. The employees do not substitute a fridge drink in its place without a fight. That wouldn’t be a problem if I didn’t order on the app, so I have no way to know it “doesn’t work”. Subway has gotten far too expensive to be cheated out of a fountain drink/meal deal this consistently. And I don’t appreciate rude Employees, after usurping/cheating me out my hard earned money. EDIT: messaged the area manager and was given a poor response for the situation. Only that they had to order a new ice machine"

"Posted a pic of the manager at subway in the walmart in benbrook not only was she throwing my sandwich together but when I asked her to take off a piece of cheese she threw it off and said I do not have to serve you I replied you sure don't and she said ok bye and threw the sandwich away I asked for store manager she stated she was I asked for her manager and she said that's who she was I asked for the info for her manager and of course she refused but she refused with cursing and went to the back and got even louder with her cursing so this is customer service at the subway in the benbrook walmart"

"Update 09/10/2023 1:50 pm This young lady saw me, walked off her job came up to me and whispered “ you are sick, delusional and need to watch your back”. Now that behavior is preposterous. Subway will still make money regardless so please inform your employees that it’s not ok to threaten or say mean things to anyone for writing a review. Thank you ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I don’t know where to begin from the workers going to the bathroom with the apron on. From the pants constantly dropping below he butt and she making the sandwiches and pulling up the pants. From the bucket that cleans the table is nastier than the table. Don’t let me start with the customer service if the was a negative star I would put it. The absolute worst. The customers come and have to wait on service because the workers are either outside sitting or walking around. These ppl are jokers. The way these customers are treated Is unacceptable and disgusting. They act as if the customers are bothering them when they ring the bell. They ALWAYS have an attitude. The only person that I’ve observed that seem ok is the lady with the light purple hair. Me personally would NEVER eat here. This place need a fresh team. I had a tuna sub. This lady was needing help with a sandwich and had to come to the back knocked on the door to get the workers attention. Tst tst . The pay matches the service. You’ll need to do better."

"All the tables were dirty and had the corners all peeled up. When I walked up she went to the back and left me up front for a few minutes. Probably never go here again. She was texting with the gloves she made my sandwich with. Threw it away when I left. I don’t want a refund, keep the $$, use it to train someone else"

"Me and my wife are lunch there on June 1st @ 1:15 pm we both got sick after eating the employee was very nasty looking and not clean did not wash his hands until we ask him to and then he did not use soap. Called District Manager and he said he would check into it. Be careful"
