"My first time eating at Chipotle Mexican Grill at 8522 Benbrook Blvd, Benbrook, TX 76126. We had barbacoa tacos and they were fantastic, went on a Thursday evening and it was packed, my only complaint was the tables that were empty needed cleaning and the floors were a mess, did not see anyone cleaning and the front area really needed it. But like I said the place was packed we had to park next door because of no parking spaces available so with that said we will go back again to see if the cleaning issue is a problem or if it was just a one off night."

"Edit: new entry. I gave two stars at first but it hasn’t improved so lowering it to one star. Our third time here and still filthy! Trash over flowing, every table dirty, trash every where on ground, and condiment area a total mess. I think it was my last time eating here. When the employees have time to lean, they have time to clean. It wasn’t even busy. Original post after opening. Need work, the food was good but the inside was filthy. They had no one cleaning tables and the trash was overfilling. You need someone cleaning especially during a rush. I also noticed a lot of people waiting long times for pick up orders."

"Update: I decided to give them another try and this time was just as bad as the last few. The portion sizes at this location are ridiculous, I had to pay for double meat just to get a normal sized portion. My bowl had less than a full scoop of rice and the steak was cut as smallest as possible. I've never experienced this at any other Chipotle. I'll definitely be sticking to the Bryant Irvin location. This is the second time we have ordered food from this location and were served undercooked rice. We could not even finish our meal because it was crunchy and hard. Not to mention there was a hair found in our guacamole. We have had nothing but bad experiences at this location, we will be driving to the Bryant Irvin location instead."
