"I ordered two super sonic burritos, I ate one and was almost done with the other and I noticed a pubic hair was in the burrito. I’m currently trying to keep it together and not vomit and be sick today because I have to work. This isn’t okay, I can’t suggest the employees wear hair nets being that it was pubic, not facial. I’m highly disappointed in the food service industry in general and then this happens. Please do better, hire better employees/managers."

"Well service is not good but it appears to be shift oriented. They do fix the order if you're aware and bring it up to management. Sadly this requires double wait time the carhops never comes to your car with extras salt pepper napkins ketchup. just frustrated as I have shopped this chain for oh 59; years. Guess I don't matter anymore."

"I showed up just about 10 minutes before they closed and ordered a foot-long Coney with no cheese. My receipt says no cheese. By the time I got home and opened it, I realized there’s cheese all over it. I am allergic to milk, and therefore, cheese, and now my dinner is ruined. Not a good look Sonic."
