"I bought a 40 piece Super Bowl special how sad were cold the ones I got I was short two sides. I tried to call for 2 1/2 hours and no one would answer the phone, so I finally gave up. I will never go to the store again. I spent $108 and this is the type of service You get"

"I have enjoyed this restaurant in the past but tonight I just sat for about half an hour waiting on a three piece meal. When I asked what was going on, I was told “they are waiting on tenders.” I didn’t order tenders. Yet I didn’t get my food but just had to wait in line. This is not the first time I have sat for 20+ minutes waiting on food here, either. Until management figures out how to fix this problem…avoid at all costs."

"They took my order at drive through kiosk and my money at the window. I had to ask for my total at the window. It wasn't offered at the kiosk or volunteered at the window. No thank you. No come back soon. No have a good evening. NOTHING. NOTHING ...... It is so incredibly expensive to eat here. $60 for 25 chicken strips, 2 family sides and rolls. Aside from the okra being cold, the food was good. At these prices, 3 of us literally ate at Texas Road House for $5 less including the $10 tip and we all ate steak, baked potatoes and a salad and rolls."

"We always love Chicken-E but sorry to say this visit was sub par. The strips were kinda hard and dry, and mashed potatoes were flaky and cold. I’m gonna give ‘em the benefit of the doughy and say just a bad day cause we love this place, we will be back soon."
