"Waited 1 hour for 2 Hot N Ready Pizza Order. For a Pizza Chain bragging about speed, this was absolutely not the one to visit. I've noticed this with several other Little Caesars in the Bay Area. This is a shame."

"This evening, I decided to stop in and pick up a few pizzas. I attempted to order the hot and ready pizzas, there were none. Shejira said it would be about 15 minutes, which was fine, so we pulled around to the front. Once our pizza was ready we asked for the 800 number for customer service. She walks away and comes back with a different number on a piece of paper and says “this is the only number I have for complaints. I don’t know the 800 number. You might want to google it” and walked away. Never were we rude or anything during our visit, she also didn’t know if I wanted to leave a compliment or a complaint. Once I got home and tried calling the number, it wasn’t even a working number. Not to mention my pizzas were literally 2 pieces. They were cut once, in half."
